Information We Collect
Depending on how you use PasaThai, we may collect account details such as name, email address, date of birth, gender, login details, course progress, lesson activity, certificate details, support messages, and subscription or purchase status. If you use AI Teacher, the question or lesson prompt you submit may be processed to generate the answer.
We may also receive technical information such as app version, device type, diagnostics, security logs, and approximate request metadata needed to operate the service. PasaThai does not collect precise location for learning features and does not sell your personal information.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and protect accounts, provide lessons and progress tracking, unlock premium features, generate and verify certificates, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or app-store obligations.
Sharing And Service Providers
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the app, including hosting, database, authentication, payment and subscription providers, app stores, AI processing providers, email delivery, analytics, and security tooling. These providers process information for app functionality and support purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, PasaThai.App, or the public.
Purchases And App Stores
Premium subscriptions and purchases are processed by the relevant app store and subscription service provider. We receive purchase status needed to unlock paid features, but we do not receive full payment card numbers from Apple, Google, or payment processors.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS for data transmission where applicable, access controls, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention And Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain account records, issue certificates, resolve support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request account or data deletion by contacting pasathai.app@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Your Choices
You can choose not to provide optional profile information, stop using AI Teacher, restore or manage subscriptions through the app store, or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. You may also uninstall the app at any time.
Children
PasaThai is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on our hosting, support, app-store, and service-provider locations.
